With over a decade of experience, Dr. Sara Thompson, O.D., is dedicated to helping patients achieve their best possible vision while building lasting, trust-based relationships. A graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, she previously owned a private practice in Miami before joining Boscov's Optical. Dr. Thompson has special interests in binocular vision, computer vision syndrome, pediatrics, and contact lenses, along with expertise in diagnosing and treating eye diseases. Fluent in English and Spanish, she prioritizes personalized care that enhances each patients quality of life. Dr. Thompson's decision to pursue optometry was driven by a desire to prevent blindness and provide meaningful, family-friendly care. Outside the office, Dr. Thompson enjoys reading, baking, skiing, and golfing - and treasures time spent with her three young children.
